Developing a Sustainable Procurement Policy & Strategy
Sustainable procurement policy and strategy which will help you develop a plan to move your institution forward.
Social Issues in Procurement
Participants get an understanding of social issues, using examples of good practice. Participants will also have the opportunity to identify ways of integrating social issues into their own procurement practices.
Supplier Engagement
Participants will have the chance to share ideas on supplier engagement, hear about good practice, understand the benefits of engaging suppliers and identify opportunities to engage your suppliers. You will also be introduced to the concept of risk-based procurement practices.
A Risk-Based Approach to Sustainable Procurement
This course also covers examples of good practice and discusses the latest guidance. Participants will practice implementing a risk-based approach and will be able to develop a plan for implementing it in their institution.
